During my time on the Mortal Kombat 11 development team, I had the opportunity to surface and prepare many of the gear pieces used in the customization system. Here is a small selection of some of the gear pieces I worked on. I was responsible for surfacing, applying materials to, and implementing the assets in engine. I learned a lot of techniques in Substance Painter over the course of my 9-month term with NetherRealm Studios, and am incredibly thankful to the talented art team for their guidance and support.
